Digital Products
All digital products — including guides, workbooks, and reflection resources — are delivered instantly via download link to the email address provided at checkout. No physical shipping is required.
If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at johannesantonio0@gmail.com.
Physical Products
Physical products are shipped within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Domestic (South Africa): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
