At Thought2Ponder, every product is created with care and intention. We want your experience to reflect the same standard.

Digital Products

All digital downloads — including guides, workbooks, and reflection resources — are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds on digital purchases.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at johannesantonio0@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical Products

If your physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

If you change your mind after purchase, you may return unused physical products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Memberships

The Reflection Circle monthly membership may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
