We want your Thought2Ponder order to arrive beautifully and on time. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.


Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Digital products are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:

  • Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–21 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–28 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at hello@thought2ponder.com.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at hello@thought2ponder.com with your order number and a photograph of any damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.


Digital Products

Digital products (workbooks, guides, and downloadable resources) are delivered via email immediately after purchase. No shipping is required. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
