Returns & Refunds Policy
We stand behind every product in the Thought2Ponder collection. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Physical Products
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with original packaging.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at hello@thought2ponder.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thought2ponder.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the damage or incorrect item
We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products (workbooks, guides, and downloadable resources), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Reflection Circle Membership
The Reflection Circle monthly membership may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused membership time.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
