What types of products do you offer?
We offer premium physical journals, digital downloads (workbooks, guides, and reflection resources), wisdom card decks, curated gift bundles, and the Reflection Circle monthly membership. Every product is designed to support ongoing reflection practice.
Are your journals available as digital downloads?
Some of our resources are available as digital downloads, including the 30-Day Reflection Guide and the Purpose Discovery Workbook. Physical journals are shipped to your door.
How do I access my digital downloads?
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. Your downloads are also accessible from your order confirmation page. If you experience any issues, contact us at hello@thought2ponder.com.
Can I purchase a Thought2Ponder product as a gift?
Absolutely. Our Signature Reflection Box is designed specifically as a premium gift experience. You may also purchase any individual product and have it shipped directly to the recipient. Gift messaging is available at checkout.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Physical orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days domestically and 10–21 business days internationally. Expedited options are available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unused condition. Digital products are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photograph and we will send a replacement immediately.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at hello@thought2ponder.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process promptly.
Reflection Circle Membership
What is the Reflection Circle?
The Reflection Circle is Thought2Ponder’s monthly membership — a living reflection practice delivered to your inbox every month. Members receive a monthly theme, four weekly wisdom prompts, a curated digital reflection guide, exclusive content access, and 20% off all products.
How much does the Reflection Circle cost?
The Reflection Circle membership is $19.99 per month. You may cancel at any time with no penalty.
When is new content released?
New monthly content is released on the 1st of every month. Weekly prompts are delivered every Monday morning.
How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account or by emailing us at hello@thought2ponder.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
